Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare consulting, strategy, communications, marketing, or business development experience.
• Experience communicating the value of value-based care and population health initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into compelling business narratives.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise VBC results, outcomes, proof points, and case studies for Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Partner with analytics, finance, quality, network, and ops teams to quantify impact of VBC initiatives.
• Lead VBC content strategy and messaging for sales pursuits, client engagements, and RFPs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Network Development, Proposal Management, and Account Management teams on differentiated VBC content.
• Create and maintain standard and customized VBC value story content for exec presentations and client communications.
• Ensure consistent VBC messaging across lines of business and tailor for customers, providers, and stakeholders.
• Advance VBC thought leadership through conferences, webinars, and external engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to inform messaging and strategy priorities.
• Lead internal communications to raise awareness and adoption of VBC strategy and accomplishments.
• Serve as a subject matter resource and strategic advisor on VBC results and differentiation.
