Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering progression with leadership in large teams.
• Experience building and scaling systems serving tens of thousands of users.
• Hands-on foundation in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical strategy across a multi-team engineering organization (50-150+ engineers).
• Embed LLMs, generative AI, agentic workflows, and ML-powered automation into the lifecycle.
• Own delivery at velocity and be accountable for outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Data Engineers, and Health care leaders to translate strategy into bets.
• Advocate for engineering investments and call out architectural debt.
