ADP is seeking a Director, Accounting Policy and External Reporting to lead technical accounting research, policy development, and external reporting with a global scope. You will partner with Finance, Legal, HR, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, and external auditors to ensure GAAP-compliant disclosures and SEC filings, while mentoring teams and communicating complex concepts to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical accounting and SEC reporting
• CPA certification required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in a large multinational company or public accounting firm preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead technical accounting analyses on complex topics (revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, lease accounting, etc.)
• Oversee external reporting and SEC filings in collaboration with senior management and auditors
• Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations and Corporate Counsel on accounting implications of business decisions
• Maintain and update ADP's Financial Policy manual and ensure GAAP-compliant disclosures
