Job summary

Fairygodboss is seeking a Senior Director for Consolidations Accounting Policy & External Reporting, overseeing financial reporting globally. This role demands a strategic leader to consult on technical accounting and ensure compliance with SEC regulations.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and a CPA license with over 12 years of experience in public accounting or financial policy. Strong interpersonal and technical accounting skills are crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of total experience in a major Public Accounting Firm and/or a large, multinational company.
• Must have up-to-date knowledge of the latest accounting standards including revenue recognition.
• Ability to communicate directly with senior level leaders including CEO, CFO.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Consolidations Accounting Policy and External Reporting for ADP globally.
• Perform Technical Accounting consultations on various topics.
• Determine financial disclosure requirements for SEC required financial reports.
