We are partnering with a global publicly traded company to identify a seasoned Technical Accounting Director for their Global Controllership team. This role is ideal for a CPA who excels at resolving complex accounting issues, influencing business decisions through expert guidance, and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead analyses on complex technical accounting issues, providing insights for business decisions.
2. Collaborate with revenue teams to review contracts and ensure process consistency.
3. Play a key role in annual goodwill impairment assessments, audits, and SEC disclosures.
4. Update and implement accounting policies; develop support tools like FAQs and process guides.
5. Educate cross-functional teams on accounting implications to ensure stakeholder understanding.
6. Stay informed on US GAAP developments and assist in implementation.
7. Engage with senior leadership on high-impact projects.

Qualifications:
