ADP is seeking a Director, Accounting Policy and External Reporting to lead technical accounting analyses, ensure GAAP compliance, and align policies with SEC requirements. You will advise Finance leadership, oversee key reporting processes, and partner with Legal, Tax, and Investor Relations to support external disclosures.

This highly visible role requires 10+ years in technical accounting and SEC reporting, a CPA, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong collaboration, communication, and Excel skills.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of technical accounting and SEC reporting experience.
• CPA required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, revenue recognition, leases, stock-based compensation.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical accounting analyses and external reporting initiatives.
• Provide guidance on complex transactions and disclosures for SEC filings.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, HR, Treasury, Tax and Investor Relations.
• Maintain policy alignment with evolving accounting standards and ADP's policies.
• Collaborate with external auditors and senior leadership on reporting matters.
