Apis Services, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional Lead to mentor Direct Support Professionals, oversee on-site training, and ensure quality service delivery in residential programs.

The Lead DSP will model professional behavior, supervise staff, and support individualized service plans for individuals with developmental disabilities. Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with disabilities or related behavioral health conditions.
• Supervisory or mentoring experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to meet agency and regulatory background screening requirements.

Mansioni

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Direct Support Professionals.
