Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with disabilities or related behavioral health conditions.
• Supervisory or mentoring experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to meet agency and regulatory background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Direct Support Professionals.
• Promote independence, dignity, and community integration.
• Document services and progress in required systems.
• Maintain safety and compliance across residential programs.
• Coordinate transportation and access to medical and community resources.
