Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Montgomery County, PA seeks a Lead Direct Support Professional (Lead DSP) to coach Direct Support Professionals while delivering person-centered care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The Lead DSP works with the Site Director and team to ensure consistent service delivery, provide on-the-job guidance, and promote dignity, independence, and community participation. This is a non-supervisory, peer-leadership role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct support experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication with individuals, families, and team.
• Commitment to dignity, independence and community inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive role model and mentor to DSPs.
• Provide guidance on daily responsibilities and documentation.
• Support DEC policies and site expectations.
• Offer coaching and feedback to peers when appropriate.
• Promote teamwork, accountability and respectful environment.
• Onboard and integrate new DSPs into site routines.
