LEAP (Life Enrichment Advancing People) seeks a motivated Lead Direct Support Professional (PS1) to oversee program operations and frontline service delivery. This role blends administrative tasks with direct care, requiring strong organizational skills, a valid CRMA certification, CPR, and a commitment to LEAP’s mission and values.

The PS1 will manage scheduling, payroll support, and records, while coordinating medication logistics and resident files.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular DSP schedule and lead by example.
• Ensure supports adhere to CMS Home and Community Based Service design.
• Assist Administrator with payroll reconciliation and scheduling.
• Track cash accounts and receipts; manage petty cash and finances.
• Coordinate purchases and account for receipts and payments.
• Attend and contribute to staff and management meetings.
• Maintain DSP training files and sign-up steps for staff.
• Support New Hire Paperwork and residential file updates.
• Coordinate medications with pharmacy and physicians; prepare MARs.
• Provide general office support and back-up to Administrator.
• Provide PS1 support to other programs as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Administrator.
