Chartwells K-12 is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services II to oversee daily operations for a K-12 account. You will manage a dedicated team, ensure top-quality food, nurture client relationships, and drive profitability across your area.

You will collaborate with chefs and management to deliver nutritious menus, lead innovative culinary programs, and maintain strong communication with clients and staff to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory or lead experience in food service, education, or related sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for motivating teams and engaging clients.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to support profitability and budget goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Chef and management to craft nutritious offerings and high-quality meals.
• Implement culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams to keep offerings fresh.
• Lead, train and develop associates to deliver exceptional service and client satisfaction.
