Chartwells K12 is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services II to oversee day-to-day operations of a K-12 school account. You will lead a dedicated group of associates, ensure top-quality food, nurture client relationships, and drive profitability in your assigned area.

Collaborate with the Chef and management to craft nutritious offerings, implement innovative culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams, and develop staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supervisory or lead experience in food service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for motivating teams.
• Financial experience and business mindset to support goals.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Associate’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
