Join Chartwells K12 as Assistant Director of Dining Services, leading day-to-day operations at a medium-to-large K-12 location. You will supervise a dedicated team, maintain client relationships, and drive profitability in your assigned area.

You will collaborate with chefs and management to deliver nutritious offerings, develop innovative culinary programs, and ensure top-quality service that aligns with client expectations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory or lead experience in food service or related sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and engage clients.
• Financial awareness to support goals and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Chef and management to craft nutritious, high-quality offerings.
• Implement culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams to keep offerings fresh.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding needs.
