Chartwells K-12 is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services II for a small to medium-volume location. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure top-quality food, nurture client relationships, and drive profitability under the Chartwells K-12 program.

You will collaborate with the Chef and management to offer nutritious menus, implement innovative culinary programs, and maintain strong client partnerships to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and manage client relationships.
• Financial experience and business sense to support profitability and operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• 1+ years supervisory or lead experience in food service or related industries.
