Chartwells K-12, a member of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services II to lead a small to medium volume location. You will manage a dedicated team, ensure top-quality dining, nurture client relationships, and drive profitability in your area.

Join a team that collaborates with chefs and marketing to craft nutritious menus and implement innovative programs. Candidates should have supervisory experience, strong leadership, and financial acumen to succeed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory or lead experience in the food service industry, across restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, or healthcare.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and build client rapport.
• Financial experience and business-savvy to support profitability and operational success.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet navigation.
• Associate's degree preferred; relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to craft nutritious, high-quality food offerings for clients and guests.
• Implement innovative culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams to keep offerings fresh.
• Foster and maintain excellent client relationships; lead, train, and develop associates to deliver exceptional service.
