Chartwells K12 seeks an Assistant Director of Dining Services II to oversee day-to-day operations at a small to medium volume location. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure high-quality food, nurture client relationships, and drive profitability in your area.

Collaborate with the Chef and management to deliver nutritious offerings, train and develop associates, and uphold service excellence. Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen are essential in education dining contexts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory or lead experience in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for motivating teams and client relations.
• Financial acumen to support budgeting and profitability.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Associate's degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
