Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of full-time managerial or supervisory experience in a large-scale food services operation.
• Experience leading teams, assigning work, and addressing disciplinary issues.
• Culinary skills and understanding of commercial kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of one or more dining venues with varying hours.
• Direct menus, service standards, safety procedures, purchasing, and staff training.
• Supervise ~40 classified staff and ~100 student staff; schedule and allocate resources.
• Ensure meals, supplies, and staffing align with budget and quality goals.
