Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a hands-on Culinary Manager at Southern Oregon University to plan and supervise campus dining operations, overseeing retail and catering while ensuring menus meet trends and nutritional goals.

• Coordinate with district managers and other departments on daily aspects of dining service.
• Direct and coordinate the work of kitchen staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
