Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of cooking experience in an institution or commercial firm serving complete meals.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.
• Experience serving large groups in a high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct meal preparation, production, service and clean up.
• Create prep list for the day.
• Complete worksheets at close of shift and record food usage.
• Assign work to lower-level cooks and staff and assist with scheduling and labor costs.
