Job summary

The Crest at Lakeville, a Silvercrest Community, is seeking an experienced Lead Dining Server to lead our dining room team and deliver polished, resident-focused service. With 3+ years in dining, you will mentor staff, coordinate meal service, and ensure safety and smooth operations in a full-time role.

Shifts run 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Mondays through Sundays with one weekend day; a steady, year-round schedule and reliable paycheck come with the opportunity to build relationships with residents

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dining service experience (required).
• 1+ year in lead/server supervisory roles (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience in senior living, fine dining, banquets, or catering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dining room during meal service with warm, attentive hospitality.
• Get to know residents' preferences and dietary needs to personalize meals.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth, timely service.
• Plan and execute special events and family gatherings.
• Train and mentor new dining team members and assist with scheduling.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
