Dial Silvercrest Corp in Coralville, IA is seeking a Lead Server to provide excellent dining service to residents and mentor teammates. The role requires serving meals, taking orders, and guiding the shift with a focus on consistency and quality.

Full-time position with 11:00am-7:00pm hours, every other weekend. The team offers PTO, tuition assistance, holiday pay, 401K, health insurance, and opportunities for advancement through training and recognition programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve residents meals, take orders, and assist throughout dining experience.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate day’s information.
• Address dining concerns and handle complex orders.
• Train and mentor new team members and onboard hires.
• Support staff with special meal requirements or events.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure food safety compliance.
• Record temperatures in the TELS system as required.
• Protect confidentiality of resident and operations information.
