Job summary

The Crest at Lakeville is seeking a Lead Dining Wait Staff member who can lead the dining room during service, mentor team members, and ensure consistently polished hospitality for residents and guests.

You will know residents' preferences, coordinate with the kitchen, and help plan events. This full-time role offers steady hours, year-round stability, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dining service experience (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1+ year as Lead Server, Shift Lead, or in food service leadership (preferred)
• Experience in senior living, fine dining, banquets, or catering (a big plus)
• Experience serving special events (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead the dining room during meal service, setting the tone for warm, attentive, and polished hospitality
• Get to know residents’ preferences, dietary needs, and routines so every meal feels personal
• Coordinate with the kitchen to keep service smooth and timely
• Help plan and execute special events, holiday meals, and family gatherings
• Train, mentor, and support new dining team members, and assist with scheduling
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards and help keep the department survey-ready

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Dining Server who takes pride in polished service and enjoys developing a team. If you’ve led a floor in a restaurant, hotel, or senior living setting and want steady hours, a reliable paycheck, and work that truly matters, this is your next step.

• Steady, predictable pay: $20-$22/hour with credit for your experience. No relying on tips or slow nights to make your income.
• A schedule with a life outside work: Done by 7:30 PM. No closing shifts, no late-night bar rush, and only one weekend day per week.
• Year-round stability: This is a permanent year-round role, not seasonal.
• Real leadership: Train and mentor new team members, help build the schedule, and partner with management on daily operations.

Schedule Options

• Full-Time: Weekdays and Weekends | 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
