Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Dining Server to support daily dining operations and model hospitality for residents and guests in a senior living setting.

You will provide dining and table service, assist residents with menu selections, and ensure dining room setup and cleanliness while following food safety guidelines. The role also involves training new servers and supporting special events.

Responsabilités

• Provide dining and table service according to Sunrise standards
• Support and train new servers on service steps and expectations
• Assist residents with menu selections and take accurate meal orders
• Ensure proper dining room set-up, reset, and cleanliness
• Maintain side work, opening, and closing checklists
• Monitor table presentation and dining decorum standards
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
• Support special events and Bistro operations
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information
