Job summary

Le Creuset seeks a seasoned leader to steer the Digital Workplace team, delivering a secure, modern technology experience for associates ranging from retail to corporate. Qualifications

• Strong leadership and can-do attitude with experience managing digital workplace, end-user computing, or user support teams.
• Experience working with users of all types (tech-savvy and not so savvy).
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint management (Intune), and identity/access fundamentals.
• Strong organizational skills to balance priorities.
• Leader willing to jump into technical work when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Workplace team daily support operations.
• Identify and improve services related to user computing experience.
• Manage SLAs and KPIs related to service and improvement.
• Oversee end-user device lifecycle across Windows and Apple devices.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive) and drive adoption of Copilot.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning workflows for end users and devices.
• Implement standards, roadmap projects, and policies; coordinate with local MSPs/providers.
• Partner with Security on endpoint compliance and data protection controls.
• Collaborate with Retail Delivery and Supply Chain teams to deliver a best-in-class tech experience.
