Job summary

Computershare in Jersey City is seeking a senior leader to drive the global workspace identity strategy and modern workplace solutions. You will lead strategy and execution for M365 transformation to boost productivity and user experience across a hybrid, global environment.

The role emphasizes designing, implementing, and governing workspace identity services, aligning with business goals, regulatory standards, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of directory services, Entra ID (PIM, Conditional Access, MFA, identity lifecycle, Managed Identities, Enterprise Applications, etc.) and Active Directory in a global enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust identity solutions (e.g., Conditional Access, Passwordless, Windows Hello).
• Experience with SAML configuration, claims, attribute mappings, and identity federation.
• Understanding of API integrations and governance within M365/Azure.
• Understanding of Entra MFA and authentication methods (OTP, Passwordless, Tokens, FIDO).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global, user-centric workspace identity strategy aligned with business goals.
• Develop and leverage user personas to ensure solutions meet diverse user needs.
• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of modern workspace identity services (Entra ID, Active Directory, Conditional Access, MFA, identity lifecycle, SSO, Managed Identities, Enterprise Applications, etc.).
• Define and drive workspace identity strategy, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance productivity and employee experience.
• Ensure effective design, implementation, and integration of directory services aligned with business goals.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Facilities) to align initiatives with business strategy.
• Lead change management efforts, including training and user adoption.
• Track KPIs, analyze user feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory and security standards in collaboration with InfoSec teams.
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement across the team, cultivating a culture of learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Provide structured support and mentoring to develop Identity engineers and Operations team members.
• Lead change management initiatives, including training and user adoption.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal delivery and support.
• Prioritize initiatives using value-based decision-making.
• Manage and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business value.
• Apply agile practices to deliver incremental value and respond to changing needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and release teams to ensure timely delivery.
