K&L Gates LLP is seeking a Team Lead: Digital Workplace Engineer to oversee the firmwide digital workplace experience, performance, and reliability of all digital services. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across endpoint engineering, automation, and standardization, aligning Engineering, Service Desk, and Infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows, endpoint management, Azure, and automation.
• Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills.
• 7+ years in digital workplace / endpoint engineering.
• Experience improving user experience (DEX) and service outcomes.
• Experience partnering with Service Desk organizations.
• Experience driving automation and standardization.
• Experience leading change management and adoption programs.
• Strong KPI definition and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital workplace user experience and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish metrics for DEX and monitor user sentiment.
• Define SOPs and RACI models ensuring accountability.
• Conduct root cause analysis and remove recurring issues.
• Partner with Service Desk to minimize incidents and improve resolution.
• Lead change initiatives to boost user adoption.
• Standardize endpoint configurations and reduce complexity.
• Define KPIs and deliver reports for senior audiences.
• Own escalation frameworks and incident responses.
• Lead vendor performance aligned with SLAs.
• Drive adoption of practical AI solutions to boost productivity.
• Lead and develop the team to achieve results.
