Harvard Business Publishing is seeking a strategic leader to redesign how employees experience technology by building a modern Digital Workplace and End User Services organization. You will drive AI-first service capabilities, automate workflows, and establish platform engineering across endpoint, identity, and workplace services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with leadership in user support or desktop services.
• Proven track record transforming IT operations with AI and automation.
• Strong expertise in endpoint management, identity, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform and APIs (Graph/REST).

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation of Help Desk, Desktop Support, and SysAdmin into Digital Workplace & End User Services.
• Design AI-first service desk capabilities and Copilot integrations.
• Scale autonomous endpoint management using Intune and telemetry-driven health monitoring.
