Job summary

CLS Group is seeking a Head of Digital Workspace in New Jersey to define and deliver a comprehensive strategy for its digital employee experience. The role requires leadership across Windows, mobile endpoints, collaboration platforms, email and telephony, with a focus on adoption and productivity.

The executive will manage a global end-user support function, drive modernization, control risks, and ensure high-quality services, partnering with vendor teams to meet SLAs and business goals.

Qualifications

10+ years IT/digital workplace experience including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Experience delivering large-scale digital workplace transformations.
Experience managing Microsoft 365 and Teams at scale.
Experience leading global end-user support.

Responsibilities

Define and own multi-year Digital Workspace strategy aligned with technology and people strategies.
Lead modernization and automation for End User Computing platforms.
Oversee asset lifecycle management, patching, EOS/EOL planning and renewals.
Ensure service stability with KPIs/SLAs; act as escalation point for incidents.
