Unilever in North Carolina seeks a transformational manufacturing leader to own Compounding and Tank Farm operations, driving operational excellence through digital manufacturing, automation, and data-driven decision making. You will build a high-performing team and deliver safe, reliable, and efficient production.

You will lead safety, quality, service, cost, and productivity across shifts, accelerate Lean, TPM, and Industry 4.0 initiatives, and develop talent through coaching and leadership

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership in a process environment.
• Experience leading frontline teams in a multi-shift operation.
• Experience in compounding, batching, chemical processing, or related operations.
• Proven track record driving operational excellence and performance improvement.

Aufgaben

• Own daily performance across Compounding and Tank Farm operations.
• Ensure safe execution while complying with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive production schedules to maximize asset utilization and minimize downtime.
• Manage inventory, chemical handling, batch execution, and reliability.
• Use data and KPI-driven decisions to improve results and solve root causes.
• Lead Lean, TPM, UMS, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead autonomous digital manufacturing adoption and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Develop team capability through coaching and leadership development.
