Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager at a Knorr- branded factory. You will lead the Manufacturing Transformation Agenda, deploy WCM and UMS, and drive site-wide loss elimination to boost productivity, reliability and cost efficiency.

You will coach leaders and develop next-gen talent while aligning with global manufacturing priorities. You will partner with site leadership and global teams to deliver sustained improvements, shaping a safer, smarter, and more agile operation for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred (Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field).
• 5+ years of manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, continuous improvement, or operational excellence experience.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale performance improvement initiatives and delivering measurable business results.
• Deep expertise in Manufacturing Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, WCM, TPM, or related methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to convert insights into action.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive change within complex manufacturing environments.
• Exceptional coaching, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance long-term transformational strategy with day-to-day operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's Manufacturing Transformation Agenda with a master plan aligned to performance goals.
• Drive site-wide continuous improvement and performance excellence across safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Build a high-performing organization through coaching, capability building, and leadership development.
• Elevate workforce capability with a robust training platform and certification pathways.
• Influence across the business with cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across factories.
