West Pharmaceutical Services in North Carolina is seeking a Lean Engineer to coordinate achieving goals using Lean techniques by planning, scheduling, and executing process projects. You will communicate project status, define planning efforts, and identify opportunities to reduce waste while pursuing annual targets and improving operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 3 years Medical Device industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement lean deployment and continuous improvements; monitor progress and sustain results.
• Provide technical and analytical support for site projects using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Support Lean Daily Management System as requested by site management.
• Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI/Excel/LDMS) to track KPIs.
• Collaborate with Automation and ICT to enable digitalization and data visibility.
• Promote Lean culture and continuous improvement across operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams in cost-saving actions and root-cause analysis.
• Verify lean concepts and measure post-implementation results.
• Support lean maturity strategic plan for the site.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.
