Qualifications

• CDM or SFM certification or related degree or 2+ years nursing facility food service management experience.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Familiarity with HACCP guidelines and kitchen sanitation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage culinary operations for the Health Care Center.
• Promote food quality and resident dietary needs; ensure food safety and sanitation.
