Menno Haven's Brookview Health Care Center in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Lead Homemaker to support the nursing team and coordinate culinary operations with a focus on food quality, resident dietary needs, safety, sanitation, and overall resident well-being.

Qualifications include CDM or certified Food Service Manager, an associate degree or higher in related fields, or 2+ years in nursing facility food service; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Must have formal education or certification in food service management or related field.
• Experience in nursing facility food service is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and therapeutic nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Lead the culinary operations in coordination with the nursing team.
• Promote food quality, resident dietary needs, and safety standards.
• Ensure sanitation and cleanliness throughout kitchen areas.
• Oversee shift execution from 7am to 3:30pm and weekend rotations.
