Apploi is seeking a Cook to prepare food in compliance with federal, state, and local standards, policies, and procedures, under the direction of the Food Services Director. You will ensure quality meals and maintain kitchen safety.

You will direct, evaluate, and monitor kitchen staff, conduct probationary and annual evaluations, and apply disciplinary actions as necessary to maintain performance and service levels.
