Qualifications

• Knowledge of reading and following recipes and production sheets.
• Ability to read diet orders, tray tickets, and staff responsibilities.
• ServeSafe certification or plan to earn within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dietary staff under the Dietetic Manager.
• Prepare and portion hot and cold menu items per production sheets.
• Ensure correct food temperatures and sanitation per Health regulations.
• Cover staff on sick calls and assist with daily huddles and training.
