Role requires advanced education, with 3+ years’ experience; CDM or RD preferred. Serv Safe certification within a year may be needed. Excellent collaboration and regulatory adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced education preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience in the area of hire.
• CDM certification or registered dietitian preferred. If necessary, acquire Serv Safe certification within a year of hire.

Responsabilités

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the Nutrition and Food Services department.
• Oversees diet and menu planning.
• Monitors the dispensing and distribution of food and related supplies.
• Assists with coordinating department budget and expenses.
• Participates in training and development of staff.
