Good Samaritan in Inver Grove Heights, MN is seeking a Nutrition Services Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Nutrition and Food Services department. You will oversee diet planning, menu development, and the efficient distribution of meals, while supporting budgeting and staffing decisions.

The role requires advanced education and 3+ years of experience in nutrition/food services, with CDM or RD preferred. Serv Safe certification should be obtained within a year of hire.

Qualifications

• Advanced education preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience required in the area of hire.
• CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) certification or a register dietitian preferred. If necessary, acquire Serv Safe certification within a year of hire.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Nutrition and Food Services department.
• Oversee diet and menu planning.
• Monitor dispensing and distribution of food and related supplies.
• Support department budgeting and staffing decisions.
• Facilitate hiring, training, and mentoring of staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.

Formation
