You will oversee dietary services, collaborate across departments, and drive quality improvements while supporting a team dedicated to high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Advanced education preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience required in the area of hire.
• CDM certification or a registered dietitian preferred; Serv Safe certification within a year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead a great team at a long-term care facility.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Nutrition and Food Services department.
• Oversee dietary and related food services functions and menu planning.
• Monitor dispensing and distribution of food and related supplies.
• Support budgeting and department expenses with focus on hiring and talent retention.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations; foster continuous improvement.
