Good Samaritan Inver Grove Heights is seeking an experienced Nutrition Services Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Nutrition and Food Services department in a long-term care setting.

You will oversee diet and menu planning, supervise staff, ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards, coordinate budgets and resources, and strive for continuous improvement while collaborating with other departments and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in the relevant area.
• CDM certification or RD preferred; Serv Safe within a year if needed.
• Advanced education preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manages day-to-day operations of Nutrition and Food Services.
• Oversees dietary and related food services functions and menu planning.
• Monitors dispensing and distribution of food and supplies.
• Ensures quality management and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in budget coordination and staff development.
• Collaborates with other departments to meet organizational goals.
