Penske in Anderson, SC is seeking an experienced Technician I to maintain and repair trucks and trailers, ensuring safety and reliability for customers. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and work with Penske’s advanced tools and technologies.

As a lead at the location, you’ll mentor others while continuing to develop your technical skills. You'll engage in ongoing training through Penske’s Technician Certification Program and have opportunities for growth, with a strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ASE certification and 608/609 certifications preferred.
• Experience diagnosing major powertrain components and using diagnostic tools.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair trucks and trailers to ensure safety and reliability.
• Perform preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose and repair major components (engines, transmissions, differentials).
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to complete repairs and document work.
• Learn new skills through Penske training.
• Support additional projects as assigned by supervisor.
