Job summary

NVIDIA's Design-for-Test Engineering team in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Senior DFT - Silicon Validation Engineer. You will lead end-to-end DFT architecture and drive silicon validation across complex SoCs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to accelerate bring-up and optimization of production yield.

The role emphasizes leadership in DFT feature development, pre-silicon validation, and collaboration to define next-gen test strategies for the company’s roadmap.

Qualifications

• BSEE (or equivalent) with 8+ years in DFT or related domains.
• MSEE with 5+ years in DFT or related domains OR PhD with 3+ years in DFT.
• Hands-on experience in pre-silicon validation for various DFT features.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive silicon validation of NVIDIA's chips.
• Lead end-to-end DFT architecture and methodologies to accelerate post-silicon bring-up and characterization.
• Define test strategies for ATE aligned with the product roadmap and drive yield ramp.
