United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer (Observability & Developer Experience) to own the observability platform and developer tools, shaping monitoring, logging, CI/CD, and automation while remaining hands-on.

You’ll define roadmaps, build scalable monitoring, implement CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with multiple teams to drive reliability and developer efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering with leadership/mentoring
• Hands-on with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and SRE principles
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automation (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Strong collaboration across software development, QA, and product teams

Responsibilities

• Lead a DevOps/SRE team focused on Observability and Developer Experience
• Define the roadmap for observability and developer productivity
• Design and operate monitoring and logging infrastructure
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve reliability and efficiency
• Establish best practices for incident response and post-mortems
• Contribute to AI tooling standards and scalable AI platforms across the company
