Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Lead DevOps Engineer to own production deployments and automation across a global SaaS platform. You will co-manage cross-team releases, build automated deployment platforms, and mentor engineers in a hands-on leadership role.

You’ll collaborate with Software Engineering, SRE, QA, Release Management, and Security to deliver secure, scalable delivery platforms while supporting a hybrid model across Singapore and the US.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years with DevOps, Platform Eng, or cloud infra.
• Strong experience automating production deployments.
• Expertise in containerized environments and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of production deployments with high availability.
• Share ownership of production deployment operations with the US team.
• Plan and coordinate releases with stakeholders to ensure readiness.
• Develop deployment standards, rollback procedures, and playbooks.
• Lead post-release reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Be the escalation point during complex deployments and critical releases.
• Design automated deployment solutions and reusable deployment frameworks.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and promote best practices.
