Job summary

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions in Chicago is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to shape an enterprise-scale DevSecOps platform across Azure and AWS. This hands-on leadership role involves guiding architecture, mentoring engineers, and driving secure, automated delivery pipelines.

You will lead an Azure DevOps to GitHub migration, expand Kubernetes adoption, and implement IaC, SAST/DAST, and monitoring patterns to raise engineering maturity and agility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering and DevOps in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, administering, and supporting enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD tools; GitHub and modern source control practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines across Azure and AWS.
• Develop reusable automation and infrastructure-as-code standards.
• Support Azure DevOps to GitHub migration and secure Kubernetes deployment patterns across cloud environments.
• Mentor other engineers and drive DevSecOps adoption throughout Agile teams.
