Job description

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive the adoption and scaling of DevSecOps practices across an enterprise technology environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on building secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and fostering a strong DevSecOps culture across Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise‑grade CI/CD pipelines
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code
• Embed security (“shift-left”) practices into the SDLC
• Lead and mentor DevOps and delivery teams on modern engineering practices
• Collaborate with development, security, architecture, and infrastructure teams
• Support containerization and orchestration using Docker/Podman and Kubernetes (EKS)
• Define metrics and dashboards to track DevSecOps maturity and adoption
• Ensure compliance with performance, security, availability, and recoverability standards

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior DevOps / software engineering experience
• Strong experience with AWS, CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.), and Terraform
• Expertise in Docker, Podman, Helm, and Kubernetes (EKS)
• Experience integrating security and quality tools (Checkmarx, SonarQube)
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Bash
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills
