Job summary

TSC is seeking a Developer Experience & AI Enablement Lead to advance enterprise software development practices across multiple business units. The role focuses on improving developer experience, secure development, and AI-enabled capabilities in collaboration with Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, and leadership.

The ideal candidate will own roadmaps, governance, and open-source management while guiding adoption of standardized pipelines and AI governance within a U.S.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of software engineering and related practice.
• Experience leading enterprise process improvement initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical programs across teams or units.
• Experience implementing secure software development practices including vulnerability management and SBOMs.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the enterprise software development operating model, including lifecycle processes, engineering standards, repository practices, CI/CD expectations, security controls, release practices, and documentation requirements.
• Develop a roadmap to improve consistency, maturity, developer experience, and risk management across units.
• Define standardized goldens paths, paved-road workflows, and reusable engineering patterns.
• Lead AI integration strategy within the software development lifecycle with data protection considerations.
