Qualifications
- Eight+ years in software engineering, DevSecOps, or related fields, with enterprise process improvement experience.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical initiatives across teams/units.
- Practical understanding of SDLC tooling, CI/CD, code review, security scanning, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise software development operating model, CI/CD, security controls, and documentation.
- Develop a roadmap to improve consistency, maturity, and risk management across units.
- Lead standardized pipelines, repository blueprints, and reusable engineering patterns.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity, legal, and engineering to define AI usage guardrails.
- Lead governance for open-source and third-party dependencies.
