Job summary

TSC seeks a Developer Experience & AI Enablement Lead to own the enterprise software development operating model, improve security, and drive AI-enabled capabilities across business units. The role collaborates with Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, and Legal to translate requirements into practical workflows and tools.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in software engineering, DevSecOps, platform engineering, technical program management, developer productivity, software governance, or related discipline.
• Experience leading enterprise process improvement or enablement initiatives for cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with GitHub/GitLab, Jira, Jenkins or equivalent CI/CD platforms and artifact repositories.
• Experience delivering software products in U.S. Government contracting environments; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain SECRET DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the enterprise software development operating model and CI/CD practices.
• Define standardized goldens paths, paved-road workflows, and reusable engineering patterns.
• Coordinate secure development practices, including SAST/DAST, secrets handling, SBOMs, and evidence retention.
• Lead AI governance and strategy for safely integrating generative AI into the SDLC.
