Job summary

SCA Health is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to drive the technical direction of our engineering team, delivering scalable .NET applications and AI-enabled tooling in a production environment.

You will mentor engineers, shape architecture, and champion agile practices across onshore and offshore teams while balancing feature delivery with reliability and security. This full-time role is based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of proven success as a Technical Lead in application development space.
• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft stack technologies: NET/.NET Core, C#, Visual Studio, Entity Framework, SQL Server.
• Front end technologies: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS; Angular (v18), React (v16).
• Cloud & DevOps: Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, etc.), Azure DevOps, CI/CD.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe); microservices and APIs; production systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of onshore and offshore engineers through design, development, code reviews and releases of .NET applications.
• Translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
• Lead large software initiatives from ideation through delivery, deployment, and post production stabilization.
• Participate in architecture decisions with emphasis on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers and champion CI/CD, testing, and secure coding practices.
• Adopt AI tools and frameworks to improve productivity and quality.
