Job summary

Cohen and Steers is seeking an Associate Director, Desktop Engineering and Security in the IT Infrastructure team, based in our New York office. The role will partner with the Technology team and users to implement, maintain and support all Desktop environments globally, helping drive secure and reliable trusted computing across the firm.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of technology support experience in financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain desktop environments and device management.
• Provide desk-side and remote support for 300+ users.
• Participate in on-call after-hours/weekends rotation.
• Set up, repair, and maintain hardware and software including Bloomberg, Citrix, and MS Office.
• Assist with data reports, system integration, and deployment to end users.
• Track production bugs and communicate status to users and management.
• Support overnight/weekend testing of desktop environments.
