Job summary

Kindredventures in Palo Alto is looking for a Founding Member of the Technical Staff for the Design Verification team. This role involves owning the verification strategy behind AI-generated designs and working at the intersection of hardware verification and AI-driven design automation.

The ideal candidate has substantial experience in tapeout processes, solid coding skills in verification tools, and a desire to lead the validation function as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tapeout experience at chip companies or silicon startups.
• Deep expertise in verification and validation.
• Hands-on verification experience with ARM/AMBA protocols.

Responsibilities

• Own the verification strategy for AI-generated designs.
• Define and coordinate validation and verification flows across IPs.
• Collaborate with teams to generate simulation-ready collateral.
